We're a local Niagara contractor — not a franchise, not a call centre in another city. We live here, our kids go to school here, and we know the Niagara market because we're in it every day. Most of our work is within 30 minutes of St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Welland, Thorold, and Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Our bread and butter is the work that keeps properties moving — rental turnovers, bathroom refreshes, flooring installs, drywall patching and repairs, interior painting, and the odd jobs that pile up between tenants or before a listing. If you need a $100,000 kitchen reno with imported stone, we're probably not your crew. Over the years we've worked with a lot of landlords, investors, and property managers in the region. That experience taught us how to price realistically, how to schedule around vacancy windows, and how to spot problems before they become expensive ones.
